Would like to add that both servers are non hardcore, have the same game version and that both are using a public hive.

All settings have also been deleted. Key bindings are default. Had changed some before crash.

Issue resolved - corrupted game profiles. Copied recent from Steam remote directory. All items returned. Character is as previous.

Also had a message from steam that the cloud files and local files were different. Chose local files as they were newer.
