please check into this issue after a few hours of gearing up and getting well protected and making sure my health is perfect and I have enough food or water I start to look for weapons in the police stations and health items in the hospital ..., while getting geared in the police station on the second floor I had a bullet proof helmet and vest full blood and food water and health but yet no sound of shot just instant death helmet and vest were pristine I was on second floor the last room to the left as you reach the top of second floor stairs in a room that has only about three windows and if you are in a prone position in the way back of the room there is no way anyone could even hit you please this is getting annoying fix issue please!!
