I had this similar issue, when I logged out and back in my character was reset

Had it again now, this is 3 times, a friend of mine has had this 3 times also.

Mine happened when I was stuck inside a wall, I logged out and back in and it reset character.

Same happened to me, had the character fully geared and surviving for 4 days... got this just from logging in.
