This is a TERRIBLE idea. What you are proposing is exactly what they had in Planetside 2, and it was horrible. To the collective relief of the whole Planetside community, they removed it.

Here is a video showing it in Planetside 2 (with annoying background music). The first 20 seconds are just screens of SOE President John Smedley replying to everyone complaining about it and eventually agreeing to look into removing it (which they did).
