had simular problem some items that positioned on top of the closets in the corner of the rooms cant pick them up. Tried both in 1 and 3 person and also in proxy inventory bar. No matter how i positioned my aself they wont appear.

happened to me too. I had axe and I swung a sec before zombie and i dont think I hit it. I strafed. Zombie died.
