I tried and have not been able to reproduce. So, I think it's fixed.

It is quite possible that it was the mortar-flipping catapult effect. All I know is that when I exited the artillery computer...toto and I were not in Kansas anymore. ;)

Well, yes I guess. I couldn't see what physically happened to me because I was using the artillery computer. I saw the mortar icon shoot across the map and when I exited the computer I was at the location I was firing at. I'm about to go try and reproduce what happened.
