The performance on Directx9 is unbelievably poor. The engine needs to be updated ASAP. It shouldn't even come close that a DUAL GPU setup produces less than 60 frames in a city like Elektro. In addition there are horizontal fragments sometimes. I'll try to screenshot the fragments... {F30696}
