On the large shipwreck just to the north of Berezino, on the coast, there are two lifeboats on either side at the rear half of the ship which cannot be accessed as the ladders do not seem to be usable, despite the fact the lifeboats themselves spawn items (which as a consequence are inaccessible)

No need to reproduce, seems to always be the case. Both myself and my friend tried both lifeboats from every angle, no way to climb up.

Nothing else, just how unfortunate it was, because there was a moisin nagant and a map on one I was unable to access, slightly sad!

I was able to access the ladders in version 0.35.115188, but there is a ladder at the rear of the ship that is not accessible. It is on the upper deck, at the very back.

the ladders mentioned in this issue have been confirmed as working. As for the ladder on the rear of the ship, this one has been fixed on the internal build a while ago. Will be patched in the next major update.
