SAme for me with all water pumps ive tried, gonna try it with an empty bottle if I find one.

The Refill Bottle options seems to work on the most water pumps but not at all of them. The Drink options seems to be bugged at almost every water pump.

Refilling works 100%. Drinking directly from pump does not.

I had this happen once at a water pump in Kabanino. Drank fine previously in Novy, but I couldn't drink from the pump in Kab.

I could drink water from a pump. After like 10 times my char wasn't thirsty anymore.

I can confirm I've tried 5 pumps and they do not do anything or say I'm drinking from a pond and then nothing.

confirmed. pond didnt work for me either.

I have been able to make it work at certain pumps, but not others. Most ponds are not working either, a few along the road above Elektro for example.

Yeah ive found I can drink from most ponds, but there have been approx. 2 that I can select drink water for but nothing happens.

It only works in first Person!!!

It needs to be fixed for third person only.

I have had to hit the "V" "raise weapon" key each time I equip the water bottle in First person so it's up, then when I middle scroll mouse button I get the "fill bottle" option.

Drinking from the fountain does not work for me.

it works fine for me.
ive noticed that the "drinking" stops as soon as i move.
so, when youre drinking water, you have to stand 100% still.

Select servers it doesn't work at times. I've also noticed sometimes the server's doors will stop working. Its server side issue.

Can confirm that drinking from a well doesn't work all the time.
Message appears that you're drinking, but nothing happens then.
Tried it at least 10-15 times until I neither moved the character and
the mouse itself for at least 20 seconds - then it worked.

Can't confirm if it's a "solution" because I got killed some minutes later.

Drinking from all water pumps and other non-bottle type water sources do not work as intended. Fortunately I can always refill my bottle.

Indeed. I've drinked tons of times and was still thirsty.

It is actually kinda fixed, it just seems that it doesn't play an animation and only fills a tiny fraction of your thirst per sip, so you have to drink literally 40-50 times to get full.

For me it works the hole time,
go in ego perspektive aim at the pump and if u have no option just walk around it but still aim at the pump it's not perfect but it works.

Drinking from a water pump/spigot does work, it just requires over 20 uses to go from "thirsty" to "full" Makes it confusing and assume it isn't functioning at all.

Allow it to fully rehydrate the player on 1-2 uses.

I have had the same issue but when I drink from it about 5 times I lose my connection to the server.

It worked for me, but I had to spam "drink" for a ridiculous amonths of times, like 30 or so, before my char finally stated "my stomache feels stuffed"

It seems to be only one zip per click ;-)

They now work. And like EndEffeKt ^ said, takes about 30 clicks to get full.

They do work, you just drink in really small amounts. You need to spam the action button and get the message "drank from the pond" like 30+ I do it till I get a message "my stomach is full"

They work, just one sip does not quench you, you have pump that thing a fair amount for your char to be satisfied

In order to drink from any, working (as in it tells you that you can) pump, you have to repeatedly spam the use key. Pressing it once doesn't make you continually drink until you move or get full, it only takes a sip. This should really be adjusted.
