We could not reproduce this bug.

Hello. I had the same problem. My character is thirsty the whole time. I had big luck and found something to drink but no matter how much I drunk I was thirsty again over and over. Did that 4-5 times and still the same status.

The bug happens after a short while of playing. It reproduces everytime I play.
I try to explain it in steps.
1 I scavanged (Which is really hard at the moment) This took lets say a bit over an hour.
2 I got lucky and found some rotten fruit and something to sterelize it. (Nice idea btw^^) Because I was hungry I ate 1 of them.
3 Directly I got hungry again.
4 I found something to drink the half of an hour and a few houses later. Finally. I drunk dat water. Still thirsty. So I drank the soda I found too. Still thirsty.

Later the day I encountered a similiar situation. I hope may help you.

I drank from a pond, maybe 7 times until the game told my thirst had been quenched. Then maybe 10s later, after I had started running away from the pond I was feeling thirsty again?

Had the same situation.

Regardless of how much food and water I drank I would always been hungry and need a drink.

Then of course I would become unconscious after a while.

Seems like it is harder to get rid of the thirsty messages than it is the hunger messages. I just drank from a well 20+ times and I haven't got the message in a while though. Seems like a temporary, easy fix.

This is happening all the time... Im always scared im just going to die cause the messages are always popping up. Even after i eat like 3 cans of food.

I actually sat at a water spout in electro and just spammed drink water, about 25 or so times and finally for the first time got my "thirsty" message in the UI to go away. Im sure it will be back soon though.
