With the implementation of a new navmesh, this problem should be slowly fixed. Should you encounter any buildings where zombies run into problems, please let us know which building it is and we'll look into it.

I think its resolved, i've ever been scout cherno and apartment complex, on top of a factory building whose had 10 floor level,and a crawler zombie following me to the top, not sure on suburban house

Mostly fixed for most interiors.
