Missing event handler for detection of explosives

Description

I am missing an event handler for when units detect, for example, mines. It should be able to override default behaviour like the InventoryOpened EH.

Example
unit_eod addEventHandler ["mineDetected", {_this spawn moms_spaghetti}]
