[Request] Being able to "grow" terrain clutter on objects surfaces

Hello,

I have a feature request you might consider for the future.

It would be amazing to be able to make terrain clutter "grow" on a p3d surface by setting it in the rvmat.

I made some structures that really need clutter on them or they look out of place most of the time, requiring me to manually add clutter as proxies (with a hit on performance, of course.

Any progress on this? Would be a cool feature for asset creators!
