AI detects player too easily when shooting with a silenced weapon

Description

was trying to make a nice stealthy mission for me and my brother, when testing i found that i keep setting off the trigger that is set to DETECTED BY OPFOR...
i was around 300m away with the silenced sharpshooter (recon)
as soon as the enemy died the alarm went off (sign that i had been spotted)
shortly after i was engaged!

first: why is the enemy assuming its a NATO unit and setting the trigger off?
second: why do the enemy know my exact presence... as a silenced weapon does not give off a muzzle flash in the game anyway. {F26593}

Steps To Reproduce

load the attached mission file in the EDITOR
click preview
go prone and shoot the soldier standing by the fence on his own.
stay still...
you will notice the alarm go off and shortly engaged by other patrolling units.

using vanilla units

only modifications are
JSRS
BLASTCORE VISUALS AND FX
FPS HEALTH COUNTER

mission is on stratis for easy loading etc.
by all means play with the mission and test various things but you can not infiltrate an enemy base its impossible

I've reported this problem before. Reported twice! One ticket was closed, the other gave no results. The AI has a sensitivity of Alien Predator, however unfortunately, BIS is not interested in this issue.
