Steps To Reproduce
- Hosting locally or on a dedicated server: place yourself and an AI to monitor in the editor.
- Monitor the AI's sub-skills (both skill and skillFinal are fine). They should be according to what you would expect from your settings.
- Use UnitVarName setSkill ["courage",1] (for example) and observe all non-courage skills changing as well.

@ Cyruz - things can change but so far we haven't deemed it an issues significant enough for hotfixing and also there haven't been many requests for it.
