When you assemble a darter drone which was in your backpack, it has it's issues with unmanned path finding, etc. For instance: it won't approach a "loiter" waypoint correctly.
Faction of the drone seems not to be a factor.

Steps To Reproduce
Place a UAV Operator and place a darter drone.
Assemble your backpack-darter.
Order both drones to loiter.
Editor placed darter will loiter, assembled darter won't.
Additional Information
Manually spawned darter drones during Mission act correctly.
