Just started hanging on splash screen. Only does it about half the time.

Description

This is new! Now, about half the time or so, hangs on the ARMA3 splash screen. I have to ctrl-alt-del out, and says there's an error.
I do not overclock, my temps are very acceptable, even cool. My vid driver (GTX590) is updated.
I was on the dev build, but I've since removed all local files via Steam and re-installed the normal version, twice. Still having the problem. {F25033} {F25034}

Steps To Reproduce

Launch Arma3. Strange thing is it only happens half/most of the time. I have had better luck launching the actual arma3.exe file, instead of through Steam or the Launcher.

Additional Information

I would be more than happy to send any type of error report or anything to anybody...this is totally new, and Arma3 has always ran excellently for me.

I've included my ARMA3 crash RPT file, and also my DxDiag file.
