My game crashes very time I press the multiplayer tab to open the server list. I can play the singleplayer campain without any problems, but the secound I just try to open the multiplayer tab, the game freezes and crashes. There is no error coming up, the game basicly just stops and crashes.

You should try to verify the game integrity through Steam>Arma 3>Properties>Local files>Verify integrity of game cache.

I have the same problem. It started after I disabled all search filters so all servers could appear in the list. Before that, with the server name in filter field it worked fine.
Just resolved my problem by uninstalling and reinstalling "Qualcoms Killer Network Manager" and verifying the game integrity afterwards.
Thank you so much! I also had "Killer Network Manager". I've downloaded the newest version and reinstalled the driver. It worked
