You are using wrong syntax, should be:
addCamShake [100,10,1];

Please confirm that it works.

Also addCamShake doesn't work with recruit difficulty.

Sorry - typo on my part! I meant addCamShake [100,10,1]. It doesn't work on Recruit difficulty. :)

Perhaps it is intentional that it doesn't work on recruit difficulty?

I don't think so, may be bug. Because now cam shake support 3rd person view.

Reopening, apparently depends on difficulty.

It's currently working like that - camera shake in difficulty options disables all camera shakes (explosion, vehicle passing, G-loading, scripted...).
Subject to review, but we can't promise anything.

I'm wondering if the camera shake is causing excessive shaking while auto-hover is enabled within helicopters and VTOL aircraft, while targeting?
