Steps To Reproduce
Create test addon, name it like "A.B.C.D."
Upload to Steam Workshop using publisher.
Subscribe to the object.
Start launcher and see getting it stuck at 0/**MB
Folder will stay empty.
Rename the workshop object, refresh and see the launcher download it properly.

There's a huge internet connection problem wrong with the A3 launcher where it tries to connect to the Steam workshop, but it can't, for whatever reason.
