JIP spectators can mess with alive players action menu

Description

Players that join a game in progress with respawn disabled can mess with alive players action menus. This goes from changing their current weapon to even ejecting them from vehicles. Video example of this here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16CSZZSUf18.

This issue has been in the game since alpha, but it has never been fixed, I hope BI will finally do something about it.

I've seen and been affected by this multiple times.

You can eject, force a reload / weapon switch etc. Really annoying and an old bug

We have to lock our server everytime we use the BIS spectator script. Please look into this.
