Arma 3 Launcher creates new blank profiles when selecting an existing one that has spaces in it

Description

When you choose a profile from the Arma 3 Launcher that has a space in the name, launching the game with that profile will create a new profile with an additional space in it. It appears that it's not recognizing the %20 as a space and adds another % to the name.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an Arma 3 profile with a space in it's name.

Launch Arma 3 through the launcher with the profile selected.

Notice how all settings are back to default when on the main menu because of the new profile.

Issue was fixed a long time ago (in version 0.8.125916).

How about the bug when arma 3 launcher brings up previous profile names you've used? That's still there.
