When in the VR training terrain, after you've selected your custom loadout, you'll see the AI wearing only upper body gear without the uniform. {F24201}

Steps To Reproduce

Go into the VR Arsenal, choose your loadout then hit the "Try" button. You'll see the AI units not wearing the full loadout you had selected earlier.

That's intended, we want targets to remain virtual.
