software info, tried to verify steam cache? how much time in before crashes happends, was there anything in common between what you were doing before the crashes?

steew added a comment.Jun 1 2014, 11:28 PM

It happens very randomly.. last time 10 minutes in game, sometimes its after hour, or 30 minutes in game. .. and last time I was just walking around the road and then game crashed... mostly crashes are while driving car trough city... very low FPS ...

software info ? what u mean ? . I will try verify steam tomorrow

well.... i am no technician, but i suspect from what i hear a cooling problem, however most of the cooling problems are mostly related to much more than a game crash. Just saying, are you using a 64bits OS or a 32bits?

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
Would it be possible to upload at least three more crashdumps of the crash?
(crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name)

Thank you!

Hello Iceman,
Thank you for responding.
http://ulozto.cz/xVyeCoXu/arma3-crash-report-rar - here are crashdumps for last three days, i think its also same - no mods, random crash...

To dr Death: It's 64bits OS, you can see it above. and I can't find ,,verify steam cache" I have czech version of steam, damn translation ...

btw: Do I have low HW, or some kind of problem in my PC ? I don't want it to solve it by re-install game or windows.

And thanks for responding !

i dont think its windows, to verify steam cache you have to right-click the game, go to properties (or the czech translation of it)and in the "local files" tab you have to press the "verify integrity of game cache" option, or whatever the czech translation of it is.

Dr Death, I did it exactly as you described ... and after 20 minutes an another crash ... its boring

Thank you for the crashdumps, we will analyse them to find the problem.

I would suggest you to check your temperature while you playing. You can do this in these steps:
1: Download a Tool "Aida64"
2: after install go to the "Tools" section in the Aida64 Tool
3: Click "System Stability Test" (it doesnt execute something, so dont be scared)
4: A new Window will open, just go for the "Statistics" Tab and let it open
5: Start Arma3, when the Game crashes you can see which was the highest temperature on your sytem in the earlier opened "Statitics" Tab
6: Tell the results

Hello,
we analysed the crashdumps and there is no visible reason why your game would crash. It suggests that the problem might be hardware oriented. Checking temperature is a good idea, I also recommend to run some heavy stress benchmarks to see if one of your components is or is not corrupted.
Sorry for inconveniences, there is nothing that can be done on our side.
Have a nice day.
