Dead units that had pistol equipped have empty action that triggers "Take" animation and does nothing on them. Repro mission attached. {F23250}

  1. Run attached empty_action_repro.Stratis mission
  2. Look at dead body and scroll action menu up and down
  3. Observe that there is empty action along with "Inventory"
