Steam workshop tags does not update / cannot be added

Description

I'm unable to add tags to my workshop entry: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=204293437

It only adds the default tags: Scenario, Altis

If you then reenter the publish menu for your workshop entry, you can also here see that they're not added.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Publish workshop scenario
  2. Add tags with ingame publishing menu
  3. Wait for what appears to be a successful uploading.
  4. Look under tags and see if the tags is added (this is where mine isn't)

I can verify the tags work strangely now. Will push it to the programmers. Thanks for reporting!
