Steps To Reproduce
- start editor in devbuild
- insert any player unit
- insert any of the targets marked as Pop up hostage targets under the "Objects (Training)" type
- insert a normal pop-up target
- observe lack of difference between the two

This is the same with the moving targets as well. I also noticed that Popup targets 1 & 3 are the same. The only difference is it's used look.
