Pop-up hostage targets are indistinguishable from normal pop up targets in editor

Description

When placing the pop up targets marked as 'hostage' in the editor they look exactly the same as the normal pop up targets (i.e. an image of an angry CSAT soldier) when in preview {F21901}

Steps To Reproduce
  1. start editor in devbuild
  2. insert any player unit
  3. insert any of the targets marked as Pop up hostage targets under the "Objects (Training)" type
  4. insert a normal pop-up target
  5. observe lack of difference between the two
Additional Information

tried in editor on both stratis and altis.
all targets in the CoF challenges work normally

This is the same with the moving targets as well. I also noticed that Popup targets 1 & 3 are the same. The only difference is it's used look.
