LOITER Waypoint enhanced

When assigned to a infantry squad (or even civilians) the units should interact with each other (talking, The Sims style), play other custom idle animations, interact with objects (sit in chairs\tables, stand by fireplaces), lean against objects and that kind of thing; With a max range no so big they start to actually loiter around like they do in DISMISS.

Would be a huge helper to create some immersion on missions withou having to suffer with: code => preview => adjust => repeat in a 2D editor.

Upvoting, on the condition that they have different idle animations depending on the situation they're in. There's no reason that a squad that recently came under fire should be talking and joking as if they didn't just almost die.

This request should be about the "Dismissed" waypoint type, not "Loiter"!

As far as I can see, Loiter is intended to be used for air units only. Loiter waypoints are treated exactly the same as a Move waypoint when used on ground units (technically the group leader needs to be in an aircraft, probably the pilot for loiter to do anything)

Loiter waypoints are a feature that has been sourced from VBS. See:

As ceeeb says, shouldn´t this be a ticket about setting a max range on the Dismissed waypoint?

Whatever you call them (could be Dismissed aswell), what matters is the result = custom animations and interactions.

Please make a quality ticket and modify it so it reflects what you really want, in a way it makes sense to everyone.

Is really THAT hard to understand? My english is so bad? This is so out of context so you can't figure out what I'm talking about? Maybe I should draw something?

No, it is not so hard to understand. But the title and the description does not really match. Just change 2 things:

Change LOITER in the title to DISMISSED

Replace "With a max range no so big they start to actually loiter around like they do in DISMISS." with "Enable a max range to be set for the waypoint, so they do not loiter too far away"
