Description

When I am driving the "Speedboat Minigun", or SOC, the neck glitch happens when looking to the side. This is quite disturbing.

Steps To Reproduce

Get in Speedboat Minigun as driver.

Go forward, and get somewhere you won't crash.

While the boat is moving, go into 3rd person view and use "Alt" to look either left or right.

While still going forward, wait a few seconds and watch the neck.
