Game crashes after Arma 3 Logo
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

After buying Arma 3 via Steam, I discovered that it fails to launch when started. The logo appears and states that the game is loading, but then the logo disappears and the game fails to start. According to a Steam message the game is already running, but it never launches. {F20923} {F20924}

Please try use -nobenchmark command line option.
Right click on Arma III in your Steam Library>Properties>Set launch options

Which graphic card do you have?

The -nobenchmark command worked and the the game is now playing. I am using an Intel(R) HD graphics card with Intel Core i5-3330S Processor.

I think your on-board graphics are going to struggle with the game. sorry bud :(

So far the game is running better than Arma 2 did. I'm just having a little lag like everyone else. I don't know if my performance will go up or down when the full game comes out.

So it seems like there is an issue with the graphics card detection, if the nobenchmark option helped.

Could you please still attach the DXDiag output (go to Start screen -> type 'DXDiag' and run it -> select "Save all Information").
