could there be a way of making the advanced fog in the editor without scripts?
maybe more detailed sliders on the weather menu?

this would help a lot of people, as i am sure that most of us will not want to spend time typing the script out etc.. to be honest i do not even know how to get the advanced fog to even work? :(

me too :( and new fog looks amazing on the night showcase brilliant work bis.. now make it so we dont need to know how to script to get this feature :P

it would be just 2 or 3 more sliders in the intel bit surely?

the script is super easy!

but although i'm decent at basic script commands after a decade of arma playing, i still think that every script that is used on a regular basis should be implemented in the GUI.

same for respawn-scripting and stuff like that.

I don't think respawn scripting would be possible through the editor because that stuff goes into the description.ext file. Unless the game will write one for you.

it already has that feature its the respawn module any this is about the advanced fog being integrated in the Intel screen i.e. MOARRR sliders

It does have the respawn module, but that's useless unless you setup the respawn system in the description.ext file. <b>twistking</b> was asking for respawn scripting options to be in the editor GUI.

Totally agree - sure you all saw Dslyecxi's YoutTube video with sliders etc. That's what needs to be in the editor. Sure they could do this. The fog situation is not good at present (Nov 2014!) we need ground based fog. If this means some fog gets into buildings so be it - it still would be better than the current fog imo! Also the fog array seems to have stripped down functionality from the initial fog system shown in the A3 Beta. Or is it just me?
