Mouse clicks don't work when exiting Arma 3

Description

When I exit Arma 3, clicking on an already opened windows (ex : chrome) only focus on that windows, but clicking on anyting inside that windows don't do anything.

I can click on the start menu, works fine.

But if I press WINDOWS+E to open explorer, clicking on anything inside that windows has no effect
