[EDITOR] Feature for having a city quickly alive
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I don't know if it has been done in the new Arma 3, but i didn't found it; I think it would be great to have a feature (like a module) for having very quickly a city alive when creating missions in the editor. It was something really missing until now, even with some modules in Arma II, that were not totally successfull...
It could make the mission quickly and for everyone really more alive, realistic, immersive and human-like. The computers have now more power than before. So I think it is something that must be thought!

Do you mean like add people to cities? They do its a module. Go to sites, and for team select Civilian Settlement. Set the type to village.

Ok, I will try that later! But what I ment anyway, is adding quickly multiples people, moving, using car, etc... in a town. And this people shound be able to react if there other men firing weapons and not just stand and wait.

Ya they do, the run around hah

It's really not the same, and it is not optimised. Only a bunch of guys running in every direction...

Well what do you mean by optimised? They call the cops, run home to protect the family, pull out their gun and warn people to not to come close? I'm not being facetious, but apart from running away or hunkering down I don't know what else people do when a gunfight breaks out, apart from adding maniacal screaming, that could be included in the game.

I know I think it's pretty good.. If you spawn in the city asa civie too, they all just are walking around or driving.. Not running for their lives.. It's only when theres gunfire they go crazy.

A module for this already exists.
