Weapons put on the ground ignore hiddenSelection and anim sources

Description

If a gun is put on the gorund, the gun's iron sight flip back into upwards position. Generally, guns on the ground seem to ignore anim sources, so that the hasOptics animation is not correctly

Likewise, if a weapon is retextured using hiddenSelections/hiddenSelectionTextures in the config, the override will be ignored and the original texture will always be used.

Steps To Reproduce

Put a gun on the ground. The sights will show up wrong. If the weapon has hidden selections, ti will be textured in the original color, not with the texture from the config.

same with come clothes

It's a general problem with CfgWeapon items retextured via hiddenSelection.
