In main menu and resolutions below 1600 mouse cursor is not accurate

Description

When in main menu - for example rebinding keys and while having resolution set to less then 1600 on fullHD monitor,
mouse arrow is not accurate - is pointing 1cm lower then is displayed on screen.

So i have to click higher then real button is.
