This is an issue that has been around for awhile and exists on both Stable and Exp. The build radius on a capture point and the capture radius are different sizes or positions at least on some bases.
This is a issue because if you know this, you can build Radio towers or other compositions on the edge of the build area and they will likely be outside the capture range... as well as the dismantle range since you need to be capping to dismantle.
Smart players will naturally start picking and finding these spots as to avoid having their Radio signal interrupted by saboteurs. Not a huge widespread issue now, but the type of issue that does give an advantage to those who use it. I do not know if this applies to all bases but i do know of a couple 100% spots including here on Leruns, as well as Morton Valley.
