When i start the game(with mods or without) the game will crashed. I tried to reinstall videocard drivers, windows, game, thats doesnt help. After September or October, the game wasnt working.

Your CPU is too old, and due to a recent change the game crashes on your CPU.
The issue has been fixed on the performance/profiling branch. So switch to that until v2.20 stable is released:

Okay, i already did it, but now i have another problem. When I log into multiplayer with a friend using LAN, the game crashes after a couple of seconds with the same error. I pinned new crash dumps.

Yes this is also due to an unsupported instruction by your CPU. Nonetheless, I'm sure Dedmen will look at it once he's back from vacation.
