**Issue Description: So as far as I can tell, the XP gained at major rank is just wasted.
I think something could be done with it, maybe for example a part of it could be distributed evenly among the other squad members.

Maybe every "set amount" of XP earned after Major could allow one piece of special equipment to be deployed (using supplies also), for example things like the upcoming heli gunships?
Just an example of course.

I find that many of the matches you will be sitting at Major for half of the games.

Or maybe you plan on adding more ranks and stuff in between the current ones.**
