Mod crashes server on Sakhlal map but not on Chernarus or Livonia

Description

When loading Towing service mod while selected Sakhal map, server crashes. It not happens when loading Chernarus map.

Unfortunately no crashlog. Attaching minidump, please tell me where is problem with Sakhal.

Steps To Reproduce

add Towing Service mod to server, select Sakhal map

after commenting this part of my vehicle config.cpp

server with Sakhal map will start

Now tell me what is wrong with Sakhal map.
