SOGPF - Burned ground decal draw order changed

Description

since 2.18 something changed the decal draw order of our burned ground and ember decals.

I dont know how the draw order is dictated as I previously thought I got it to work by using drawImportance named property, but that must have been just pure luck.

Would it be possible to look into how the ordering happens and if it can be affected through something in the p3d?

place down "burned ground" decals (although all decals suffer from no apparent way to set which one is drawn on top)

Additional Information

before the glovy embers were drawn over most other decals

now they are drawn over some decals and others are drawn on them.

As it used to look quite cool
