as it loads it changes the stance of that asset, only you should have heard the click.

I don't think it's only at login. Yesterday I was looting a industrial area when I heard the same sound nearby. I look around for a moment and sure enough it was a construction light that had spawned there.
I was already playing for quite a while when it happened.
