Description

Server does not seem able to handle 60/60 or close to server population. Server performance warning icon showing up frequently but even if it doesn't there is a noticable fluctutation in response time for any user action (opening doors, equipping items, infected hitreg etc.)

yes, this behavior was observed on "3536 | EUROPE - DE | 1st Person Only", at full pop (60/60) or close to, presumably 55-59/60.
