I need if somebody can help me resolve this issue or if this is the servers or the games problem, thank you ...

It may be Intel 14th gen CPU problem. Google it.
It may be Core isolation's Memory integrity feature: https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-enable-core-isolations-memory-integrity-feature-on-windows-11
It may be memory problem, test it using: https://www.memtest86.com/
Before doing anything update you BIOS and all other drivers, turn off any overclocking and tweaking software.

It will be hard to help you without your logs.

Logs location :
%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\logs
The name of the folder will have a name with the date and time you started your game last time it crashed.
For example this is the folder related to the game session I started on 22th July 2024 at 09:08:58 : "logs_2024-07-22_09-08-58"

Which text document do you need from that folder ?

What I can see from crash.log your problem may be related to that Intel CPUs issue. Update you BIOS to the newest available.
If you've never done it, follow the MB manufacturer's instructions or ask someone with experience to do it.

Okay i will try to do that but i have a question before i do so, there have been limits set in bios by the company that built the PC for it to run smooth and without overheating like it did before because the CPU is unlocked by default trying to push max power even tho the cooling system cant handle this much power, wont it remove those settings from bios ? can i proceed to bios update without worrying about anything ?

That is some serious bullshit. So someone sold you the most Intel CPU available for consumer market, installed insufficient cooling and forced throttling. That doesn't make sense.

To answer your question, depending on your motherboard manufacturer you should have so called "Profile management software" in your BIOS. It allows you to save you current hardware setting, so after the update you can restore them.
