Issue Description:
When requesting a helicopter with mounted defensive weapons (UH-1 Armed used, however this may also apply to the Mi-8 Armed) through the Helipad in a conflict server, players are unable to reload the mounted weapons, and as such are unusable.
Video:
Join a conflict server;
Have the necessary rank to request armed helicopters (Lieutenant);
Request a helicopter at any helipad (UH-1 Armed used, other helicopters not tested);
Try to reload and/or fire any of the mounted weapons.
This issue does not appear to affect singleplayer sessions in GameMaster. Helicopter was spawned through the Gamemaster menu and not the helipad in this case.
