Description

I've rewritten the entire camera system to work with b_sSyncEveryFrame to work and its all fine and dandy except the aiming model just randomly goes BIZARRE for whatever reason. I've debugged this RELENTLESSLY and came to no other conclusion than that you guys got a can of beans on the circuits back there.
