This seems like a problem on your end - maybe some font issue - as it works fine for me:

@cryptearth I'm pretty sure your interface size is set to Small.
Go to Options -> Video -> Display and set Interface size to Normal.
Restart the game.

If I set it to small I see the text correctly, no typos.
Sad, because a typo would be a much more easy fix.

Any recommendation to update the title of this report so it reflects better what's the issue?
It is small issue, not a big deal

Normal is fine too:

It could be a graphics driver issue or something on your side

Still seems to be an issue on your side:

Also: If it would be a typo - as in "wrong text in source code" - it would affect anyone with any resolution or settings as it's just some missing text. But as it works for me and Leopard and for you on different settings rules out it be a typo.
As Leopard wrote: It's likely some issue on your end, likely some graphics related stuff.
What comes to my mind: What's your resolution? Do you use scaling? What hardware do you use? Driver versions?
