Glad its not just me having this issue, hopefully, they will roll out the 2.16 update for mac users soon so that we can get back to multiplayer servers

Hi, our external porting partners have started the process of porting 2.16 to Mac. We cannot confirm a timeline, but of course everyone involved will try to handle it as quickly as possible. We've left a few official servers on 2.14, but understand you're hoping to play on your favorite ones.

@DnA I fully understand no one can gives a timeline. But I can still try (not very humble sorry) to ask if it’s weeks or months? If it’s the latter I might replace the monitor for now since 13” is a bit to small :)

We've opened a RC-Branch for Mac 2.16. Its Steam beta access code is: MacUpdate216RC
It should work fine already, so if you're keen to get back multiplayer compatibility, switch over.

Right click on Arma then properties.
Click Betas, type MacUpdate216RC in Private Betas
Click Check Code. Then it will download

It looks like this server requires Western Sahara Creator DLC. Do you have it installed and loaded via command-line? Since Mac doesn't have a Launcher, you need to do it manually: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3:_Play_on_Mac#DLCs_and_CDLCs

No, this server doesn't allow this CDLC, therefore it should be disabled.

I turned it off Western Sahara Creator DLC and logged on to the server. Thak you

I was wondering how do you install mods and maps in Mac?

I know this is about Mac - hence sorry for hijacking - just wanted to point out: A3 works great with current Proton 9 and Linux 6.8 - I guess your guys decision to drop native and rely on Proton was the right move - as I noticed a bit of increased dev activity and release cycle guess by the freed up resources.
As for all you Mac folks: Although I won't say Mac isn't a good platform for gaming - but its support is even more limited than Linux - why you even use it for gaming, tho?
