Text widgets with `wrap` property set to 1 don't wrap initially

Description

This is a long-standing issue, but text widgets with wrap 1 in layout initially don't wrap, only after the widget has been updated or resized, it begins to correctly wrap text. Example of text not wrapping:

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Immediately after launching the game, hover over an item in your inventory. The first time the item tooltip is displayed, its text contents don't wrap.
Additional Information

Note that this can affect all rich text widgets that allow wrapping, not just the item tooltip.

This seems to be only an issue with normal non-SDF fonts.

Nope, it affects all fonts, see screenshot, that's SDF_MetronLight
