If you open the map no context hints show up (the yellow hints that tell you which keyboard shortcuts are available in this context). If you close the map you can see for a very short period of time that there are context hints but they disappear immediately. This is true for vanilla shortcuts like for pan across the map as well as for custom keybinds and contexts.

Please allow showing these context hints while on map. We want to create additional gameplay by clicking on map but the user does not know that these actions are available because there are no hints.
