Special HitHead damage (EH context=HeadHit) coming through HandleDamage ignores instigator

Description

When engine fires this weird HeadHit damage on units (context=3 @ https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3:_Event_Handlers#HandleDamage), it ignores instigator data from the damage source unlike bleeding context and normal damages.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Run attached mission
  2. Shoot a soldier in front of you with a vehicle gun
  3. Observe that all events except for first HeadHit (context=3) have both source and instigator

Additional Information

Despite this event being completely useless I think it would be fair to fix this oversight.
